FAQs

What is your current processing time?

Our current processing time is 15 business days. (updated on 3/20/2023)


We try to get your order out sooner than these estimated time frames, but this gives us some leeway in case anything were to come up unexpectedly.  


Keep in mind, custom listings have a standard processing time of 15-20 business days.

Can I combine coupon codes?

You are only allowed to enter one coupon code per order.  However, when we are having site wide sales, such as free shipping, you may apply a coupon in addition to the sale  that is happening.

Can I combine shipping on orders?

If you want to combine shipping for multiple orders, please contact us at customercare@planningfromatoz.com within 24 hours of placing an order.  During sales and new release periods, there is no guarantee that combining of shipping is possible.

Are you ready to ship or made to order?

In order to have the most variety of products for our unique customer’s lives, we are a made to order shop.

What type of sticker paper do you use?

We offer a variety of paper options depending on the listing.  Our sticker sheets come on either premium white matte or clear matte sticker paper.  Our die cut stickers are made on a white glossy sticker paper while decals are made on waterproof glossy paper. 

What pens work on your paper?

Any standard ballpoint, gel, or felt tip pen work well on our matte sticker paper.  If you need to use a pen on our die cut and decal stickers, we suggest using a permanent marker.

What kind of planner should I use for Planning from A to Z stickers?

Our functional box stickers are sized for planners with 1.5” columns, but all of our stickers can be used in any planner.  You can even use our stickers on extra note pages to create bullet journal spreads or custom trackers.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Please see the custom category in the shop to see current options for custom products.  Custom listings are limited in number and frequency, and should only be purchased after reaching out to customercare@planningfromAtoZ.com.  Please understand, due to the nature of custom sticker orders, turn times are increased.
